hela Sverige o Develops and implements the people plan of the business as an integral part of the unit's business strategy
o Drives change and plays an important role in the continuous development of the organization
o Provides leadership and expertise in relation to people aspects of the business plan
o Drives organizational development to ensure a sustainable company for the future
o Is responsible for HR Delivery to the business unit
o Drives the HR agenda, to align projects and activities in the function.
o Develops talent pipelines to ensure alignment of the HR mission and support full deployment of the Business Strategy
o Proactively works with Organizational Development & Structure, ensuring the organizational structure supports the business strategy
o Drive Global HR projects and ensure successful deployment & implementation.
University degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldo 5-8 years of working experience in HR.
o Business partnering experience is an added advantage.
o Strong communication skills & ability to interact with people of all levels and culture.
o Demonstrated experience in working in a multinational environment with remote collaboration/team work
o Strong networking and collaboration skills, proven experience of working effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment
o HR skills in Talent management, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment, Labor law
o Excellent English. Knowledge of other European Language is an added advantage
