Challenge description:
The primary mission as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Product Planning, Purchasing and Product Development (PPP) is to work with the management teams and individual managers on HR related issues that drive business performance and participate in delivering Penta's goals. The HRBP drives HR performance and participates in the execution of the business plan. The HRBP is a member of the Penta HR team and reports directly to the SVP HR.

• Be a part of the management team of PPP and drive HR-related issues that are necessary for the implementation of the business strategy.
• Provide HR support to managers and take lead in identifying HR-related issues which will ensure that HR deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals
• Drive, challenge and support managers regarding change management, employee engagement, organizational culture and people development to improve business performance
• Drive the use of best practice, tools and approaches to enhance effectiveness and to attract, develop and retain high performing employees

We believe you have:
