Your mission
We are looking for a passionate, innovative and self-driven HR Business Partner. You are responsible for making sure that HR supports Truecaller in reaching our growth objectives through creating the best processes for the HR lifecycle as well as developing our leadership, work with culture initiatives, strengthen our Employer Brand and structure our internal communication. You need to be a true partner to our managers and proactively support them in HR matters. We expect you to be innovative and always on the lookout for new ideas to implement to make Truecaller even better. You will be part of the HR team and report to the CHRO.
Your tasks:
Continuously develop and improve HR processes to support the business
Support managers and employees with HR related issues
Proactively work to strengthen Truecaller values and culture
Develop the Truecaller Employer Brand and Recruitment strategy
Act as Project Manager from HR area in organizational and/or change projects
Be super user of HR information system Bamboo, making sure the system is up to date and efficient and reports correct
Administrate Compensation & Benefits
Develop our Employee Handbook, guidelines and policies
Your skills
We expect you to have;
3+ years of work experience with broader HR/People Operations, including Swedish labour law
Degree in relevant field and a track record of being a doer, having delivered HR initiatives and change activities independently and successfully
Well-developed analytical skills, enabling you to recognize and analyze HR and business needs
Ability to be structured and efficient
Ability to handle ambiguity and know how to prioritize in a fast paced environment
A dedication to being creative and process driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
Fluent skills in English, in speaking as well as writing
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude
It is a plus if you
are used to working with people in multi-national environments
are familiar with the global tech industry, understand the tech landscape and specific tech language and culture.
