The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy's Cooling Systems factory in Landskrona is a key Business Unit focused on the development and manufacturing of advanced cooling system solutions. With approximately 300 employees, we operate in a global context and are a market-leading supplier serving customers around the world.
We are now looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner with high integrity and strong business acumen. To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are a self-motivated, driven professional with a strong sense of urgency. You are comfortable navigating a complex matrix organization and building trust across multiple stakeholders.
In this role you will work closely with managers and play a key role in translating business strategy into people priorities. You will provide strategic HR guidance, build a deep understanding of current HR challenges and implement effective, sustainable solutions. You will act as change agent enabling the organization to deliver tangible business results.
This is a temporary position for a period of one year.

How you 'll make an impact
Drive and implement the people strategy in line with global BU/function strategies and Group HR policies.
Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of HR processes, with on-site support at the Landskrona factory.
Act as the primary HR contact for managers, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
Support and coach managers in performance management and development activities.
Represent HR in the workplace and strengthen collaboration between employees, managers, and HR.
Ensure compliance with global and local HR standards, policies, and processes, and share best practices across the organization.
Develop and execute people initiatives that enable business results, ensuring the organization is well-structured, staffed, and capable, and contributing to a high-performing culture.

Your background
University degree in HR or related areas.
Experience in a Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR and Swedish labour law incl. relevant CBA
Experienced union negotiator.
Ability to think independently to challenge traditional ways of working, and present and implement solutions within HR.
Proactive approach, focus on improvements, and continuous process optimization.
Fluency in Swedish & English.
Experience of working in production environments is a merit
