To be prepared for this challenge, and to ensure that our competence supply is aligned with the demands of our customers' business, we are now looking for a strategic, innovative and business-minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Global Functions, Strategy and Business Development including Digital Machining, Finance & Pricing and Enterprise-PMO.
The location for this position is in Sandviken, Sweden.
Key performance areas
As HRBP for these Global Functions, your overall mission is to enhance organizational performance from an HR perspective and in alignment with business needs. You take full ownership of the HR delivery in your area of responsibility. This includes supporting strategic initiatives and providing HR expertise and support to achieve strategic business goals. In your role as HR Business partner for these functions a lot of focus will be on organizational development and securing future competences in the area of Business Development, Strategy Execution and Digital Machining. You continue to develop and secure the implementation of the People Strategy within the organization and ensure compliance with global policies, local legislation and labor agreements. You also manage and secure core HR policies and processes such as Talent & Succession Management, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Resourcing. In addition, you need to fully participate in our drive for enhanced Digital way of working.
In this role, you take an active part in the management team of the Global Functions, and you are a supporting member of the Global HR Management Team of Sandvik Coromant. Occasional travel is a natural part in this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR, or with equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. You have experience from various HR or business assignments and are skilled in managing senior stakeholders, understanding business contexts and ensuring competence development and recruitment. Experience from global organizations and industries is a plus. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is a key to success in this role, as is experience from leading in change. As we work in an international setting, you have good skills in English, both written and verbal.
