As a HR Business Partner you are a key person coordinating the delivery of HR within the supporting functions of NCC. Supporting Functions includes several key common and Nordic central functions such as Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Communication, Purchasing and IT.
Responsibilities
Together with the team of Business Partners and other colleagues within HR, you will make sure that the HR strategy is implemented in the Supporting Functions and that processes and activities are anchored and executed. You will be an important person for the Managers discussing the development of their units on an operational as well as on a strategic level. You are coordinating the overall Support Function HR delivery together with HR Partners as a team. In the broader perspective, you are contributing with your knowledge and experience in the development of HR as a function. In the role as HR Business Partner you will report to the Head of HR Business Partners and will be placed in Stockholm. The role is also part of the team of Business Partners from other parts of the business.
Qualifications
We believe that you have an academic background and HR experience from senior management levels as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Partner. You also have the capability and experience from working in a complex matrix organisation with different stakeholders. Experience from change management and the ability to navigate in changing environments are highly valuable aspects. You are strategic and trustworthy with the ability to take initiatives, build strong teams and organisations and assume clear ownership and deliver on projects and processes. You are able to shift between operational and strategic tasks. You need to be comfortable in communicating in English, both verbal and in writing since English is our corporate language.
