The responsibility of the HR & Communications department is to actively contribute to supporting and developing the business.
Ericsson Supply Site Kumla is recruiting an HR Business Partner specialized in the Competence Management area.
The main responsibility is to drive development and improvement within the Competence Management area.
Key responsibility areas:
• Advising and supporting managers in competence related issues
• Organizing and coordinating training for managers and employees
• Developing and working with competence management processes within the organization
• Developing the work with strategic competencies
• Representing Supply Site Kumla in competence related forums.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar education / experience
• Experience working with competence development is highly valued
• Good communicator and motivator in HR/Competence issues
• Comfortable leading groups and individuals in HR issues and Competence work
• Well structured and a good organizer
• Good at building relations both internally and externally
• Focused on solutions and results
• Will and potential to grow and develop in this role
• Very good communication skills in Swedish.
