hela Sverige The Advent EMEA HR Director is looking for an HR Business Generalist to support Advent EMEA's HR function. The role is to work close to the HR Director, managers and staff in all of the business unit's HR areas such as attract/recruit, introduction and training, compensation and benefits, development and employee law. Location at the Stockholm Office.

Job Responsibilities
Provide critical HR support to Advent Software's 140 employees in EMEA, serving 220 EMEA financial services industry clients in 32 countries. Following an individual training program, the HR Business Generalist will work closely with other HR team members in the US and other resources from within the company.

Qualification Requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Strong communication skills in English
Problem solving and analysis / resolution skills
Excellent organizational / multitasking skills
Ability to manage and exceed internal expectations for HR support
Proven aptitude to learn complex technical and theoretical information in a timely manner
Flexibility, to be able to support our employees' working hours and the US co-operation in San Fransisco
Be able to travel internationally
The following qualifications are advantageous and preferred
Academic degree in HR or other degree, which may be finance or technology with experience of HR
Basic knowledge of the software industry or other industry with high demands in HR
Previous HR support experience
Good communication skills in English, oral and written. Other languages such as Arabic or Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) is a plus.
