HR Operations has the responsibility to deliver the most efficient HR services, tools and support to the managers and employees within Volvo Car Group in order for them to focus on what matters most - our products and people. HR Applications is a team within HR Operations consisting of 11 members and we have the responsibility for the global HR application portfolio. We as a team are involved in several projects where we are having an important role of making the delivery successful. We are providing global HR system support to the Volvo Cars employees and managers. In this position you will report directly to the Senior Manager HR Applications.
The HR Business Application Superuser is a functional specialist of HR systems and provides advanced user support and maintains the personnel and organisation data in order for the company to be able to use and trust the HR information in the system. Main responsibilities
• Be responsible for and provide 2nd/3rd line business support for SAP system which is the global personnel system within Volvo Cars
• Maintain the organisational structure and manager information in SAP
• Secure customer and stakeholder satisfaction
• Secure that the team and stakeholders are working in the optimal way throughout the support process
• Identify and implement improvements and propose system enhancements together with HR Business Application Manager
• Maintain documentation and secure updating of end user manuals according to decided work procedure
• Plan and carry through training of end users together with HR Business Application Manager
• Monitor data quality in the system and drive changes in order to improve the quality
• Support the team in delivering HR statistics and reports
Required qualifications
• University degree or equivalent experience in relevant field e.g IT/Computer science
• Relevant experience from working within system support
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Being a true team player by contributing to the team's delivery and collaboration
• Ability to quickly build relationships with colleagues and costumers
• Eager and willing to learn new things and take on new challenges and tasks
