What will your day look like?
You will provide administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, payroll, exit interviews, training and organization development.
Some of the responsibilities
Process and complete new hire paperwork
Assist with Training programs for staff by coordinating materials including new hire orientation
Administer the exit interview process
Collate statistics
Prepare Human Resources department correspondence
Create and maintain department-filing system to ensure accurate records
Provide administrative support to employment staff
Absence management
Cascade corporate communications
Act as Point of Contact for external Payroll provider
General HR administration associated with the above
In addition, there will be HR tasks of different complexity depending on candidates experience and ambition.
Requirements
Need to have:
Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 1 year related experience
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Experience in administrating staffing, employee benefits, on-boarding or off-boarding processes
Good to have:
Previous hands-on experience from Payroll related processes
