hela Sverige For our customer Hoist Finance we’re looking for an HR Assistant. This is an interim position as a consultant via Wise Professionals, the assignment is fulltime with immediate start until August 31th with possible extension.
What is your role?
As an HR Assistant your role is diverse with focus on supporting HR Manager in tasks within Human Resources. You’ll work at the headquarters located in the heart of the financial district Stureplan in Stockholm. At the office you’ll work closely with colleagues from other departments such as Compliance, Legal and Finance. The culture is ambitious yet pleasant with colleagues who like to share knowledge and promote each other. Here are some examples of your tasks:
• Administration and coordination of travels, meetings, and events
• Close contact with regional offices in other countries
• Produce HR statistics, presentations in Powerpoint
• Update HR-related information on the intranet
• Work with HR-processes such as transfer, onboarding, performance review
Who are you?
You have worked with similar tasks before preferably in an HR position or as an executive assistant. Since your role varies a lot with both administrative and coordinative tasks it’s important that you have a service minded approach and work without prestige. Furthermore you are detail-oriented and take initiatives for your own development. Hoist Finance is a global organization and in this position fluency in both Swedish and English is a prerequisite.
