hela Sverige BMP Innovation AB is looking for an HR-assistent.
This position assist with multiple process that include recruiting, safety, training, job descriptions, job postings, new hire orientation, and miscellaneous task. This position will require strong communication skills, personal skills, and follow projects from beginning stages to the final process. Answers employee questions regarding company policies, procedures and employment status. Updates employee files to document employee information and personnel actions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) Swedish is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
Preferably holds a Psychology Degree, Occupational psychologist, BSc degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
