On behalf of our client RBS we are looking to recruit an HR Assistant. You will be based in the Nordic regional office located in Stockholm City.
This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the largest banks in the world. RBS offers a global environment with exposure to a range of products and geographies few other institutions can offer.
The HR Assistant will be a part of the Nordic HR team. The team is responsible for development and implementation of the HR strategy, service and support to the Nordic Region, recruitment, retention, development of staff in the Nordic region. You will assist ensuring that RBS retain and develop its people and that services and support are provided to the business in the Nordic Region.
The general responsibilities will be:
• HR reports such as headcount reporting
• Maintaining documents such as organizational charts and job descriptions
• Personnel Handbook maintenance
• Administrate personnel files
• Checklists - joiners, leavers
• Assisting in recruitment processes
• Payroll contact person
• Ad hoc requests
You will also initially be an important part of an outsourcing project regarding payroll activities in the Nordic region. When this is up and running you will take the role as the point of contact for the payroll.
We believe that you have a university degree or a post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent. You have previously worked in a HR Department, preferably in a Nordic/Global environment. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
In order to succeed in the role, you need to have good People Management skills and the ability to build understanding and trust. You are ambitious, have a drive to improve and you thrive in a demanding international business environment. It is essential that you are a result and quality oriented person, with the ability to organise and plan your work in a structured way.
