This is a new position, where you will have a coordinating governance role in the ASSA ABLOY Group, focusing on KPIs, structure and processes. You will be part of a small, fast-moving and highly engaged HR team, which continuously strive to find ways to optimize and build on synergies in order to find new and more efficient ways of working. The position reports to SVP HR ASSA ABLOY Group.
Your day-to-day work will include, but not be limited to:
• Analyzing, administering and recommending initiatives to increase organization capability and efficiency, to ensure the Group meet current and future business needs
• Take ownership of HR reporting and analysis of ongoing activities and ensure we reach set objectives and ROI
• Budgetary follow-up within HR areas
• Monitor progress and provide support and advisory services to HR colleagues from different parts of the organization
• ASSA ABLOY's Data Protection Compliance Program is just being rolled out and you are responsible of ensuring ongoing HR compliance and governance
About you
You are a strategic and clear thinker with the ability to create structures and having a strong attention to detail. You are a multi-tasking hands-on "doer", and you enjoy working in a flexible, agile and dynamic environment where two days are never the same.
You will need to have
• Approximately 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role
• An understanding of HR processes and ways of working, even though you might not be working professionally with HR today
• Fluent in English, speech and writing
• An advanced skillset in Excel and other systems and tools will be necessary to succeed in this role
• University degree within the relevant area
Experience from a global matrix organization and if you have experience of being a Super User within HR-systems is desirable
This is a full time position, preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden.
