Would you like to make an impact? We are now looking for a Human Resources Advisor to play a critical role in our Company during a period of 1,5 year where the original position holder is on parental leave.


Purpose of Position
To maximize the organizational outcomes through proactively making sure the HR needs are met in the supported organizational parts. This is done through partnering with all people managers to ensure HR issues are well managed and that deployment of HR practices are consistent and in line with one way of working. This includes the deployment of operational HR processes, such as learning & development, performance excellence, recruitment, salary reviews and bonus plans. You are also responsible for the operational HR Management such as employee inquiries, promotion & demotion, separation and retirement, LoA, employee communication and union relation..

Key accountabilitites
Responsible for all operational HR deliveries in a defined part/s of the HQ organization, supporting one way of working at the Gothenburg site:

• Advice and provide training in HR-related processes for managers.
• Support managers in internal and external recruitment process as well as conduct follow ups.
• Negotiate all organizational changes and manager appointments and other issues regulated in the collective agreements in collaboration with HR HQ Manager, with the unions.
• Advice managers in compensation and benefit issues in accordance with global practices and procedures, as well as local policies, regulations and central collective agreements.
• First line of support to managers and employees in Mölnlycke&ME portal issues
• Any other HR HQ Site related issues that may arise from owning the operational HR support.

Qualifications
For this position a University degree in a relevant field is required as well as at least 3 years of related qualified Human Resources experience. You have a good understanding of Swedish Work Legislation and union practices as well as strong coaching skills and project managements skills. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken.

The successful applicant has a high level of customer focus and has a results oriented mindset. You are used to perform with high quality within deadlines.
