Do you have previous work experience within HR (employment law, labour relations and union negotiations)? Are you a vision- and value driven team player? We are looking for a HR Advisor to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

Job Description
You will be part of our HR team, based at the Head Office in Gothenburg. As a HR advisor, you are an active business partner to Lindex head office managers. You work to secure that Lindex vision and high-performing business culture influences the organisation. We focus on the employee experience - attract, recruit, introduce, develop and motivate and exit. One or two specialist areas will be on your agenda to refine, develop and implement. The position has strong influence and impact on our core business.
Example of work tasks: coach and guide managers, identify development areas in the organisation, secure change management and advise in leadership, employee development, labour legislation and agreements.
Are you the one we are looking for?
University degree within HR or equivalent
Previous work experience from HR, both operative and tactical HR work, minimum 8 years
Work experience from employment law, labour relations and union negotiation
Fluent in Swedish in both speaking and writing
Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writing
Meritorious: experience from working in a retail B2C company
