Job Description
For our client within the automotive industry, we are looking for a senior HR Administrator.
In this role, you will support their Senior HR Administrator with HR administration work.
Typical tasks responsibilities for the HR Administrator are to:
• Support with different agreements, e.g. for employment based on our templates
• Enter, update and ensure a high-quality level for all HR data in different HR system
• Personnel administration and ongoing registrations
• Interactions with external payroll provider and other third-party suppliers within the HR area
• Support employees in different questions related to HR administration
• Support the HR organization in other areas when needed

To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, energetic and ability to prioritize. You have a meticulous mindset and ability to pro-actively suggest new ways to use their tools to improve and simplify the user experience.

This is a full time assignment, 40 h/week. Our customer wish the start to be as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until the end of 2021, with possible extension.
