Our ever-growing Goodbye Kansas family has moved into a brand new building in Hammarby Sjöstad this past summer and we are now looking for an HR Administrator to join the team. The HR Administrator provides HR support to the Swedish Studio, the Holding company including any Swedish subsidiaries and reports to the HR Manager.
As HR Administrator, you may often be the first point of contact in the office and - for the right person - this is a unique opportunity to learn and develop within a broad spectrum of HR.
The position may be filled by a soon-to-graduate HR person working part-time, starting as soon as possible, and ramping up to full time after graduating in the spring/summer of 2020. The selection process will be ongoing, so be sure to submit your application today!

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the HR Manager in general HR matters such as work environment, policies, documentation and administration.
• Responsible for documentation and administration related to employment in Goodbye Kansas Sweden, incl. archiving and storing in a safe and responsible manner.
• Contribute to all on- and offboarding processes.
• Support HR manager with international mobility cases, which includes following through the immigration journey alongside the candidates/coworkers, together with the relocation agency and Migrationsverket on immigration matters.
• Support Talent Acquisition in recruitment related administration.
• Carry out any other necessary HR-administrative duties.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Swedish labour law
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Swedish and English
• Basic experience of working with G-suite
• Basic experience of any kind of HR-softwares is a plus
