hela Sverige Would you like to be a part of our HR Service Centre in Lund? As HR Administrator Resourcing you will have the possibility to work with a wide variety of tasks within Resourcing, i.e. recruitment, employee induction and termination.
HR strives to continuously drive standardization and improvements to provide better and more efficient services to its clients. All HR processes are encompassed in a portfolio, offering clearly defined high quality HR services to all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.
As HR Administrator Resourcing you will be a part of the second line support in the HR Service Centre. Your main focus will be on administrative support in all different activities within the Resourcing process such as:
• Administrate incoming errands
• Post positions (Internet/printed media)
• Coordinate interviews
• Hiring administration
• Termination administration including letter of recommendation
• Exit interviews and administration
Publiceringsdatum2009-12-02KvalifikationerTo be successful in this position you must enjoy, and have experience from, administrative tasks. You have a general knowledge within HR with focus on Resourcing. Knowledge about SAP/HR is qualifying but this is not a requirement.
As a person you are well organised, thorough and show attention to details. You are solution oriented and have a strong customer service focus and have a high level of personal integrity. You have good communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Good written and verbal skills in English are required.
