Kambi is growing and we are looking for an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the company across all HR areas in the Stockholm office. The position is a 6 month temporary position with good opportunities for extension.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that a high quality of HR Services is delivered to the business. You will also get the opportunity to work with global HR projects as well as support other sites when needed.

You will provide the very best HR service to the local business by working closely with our employees, managers and the global HR team. You will report to the HR Manager based in Stockholm.

The main tasks will include:

• First point of contact in HR queries
• Making sure the HR systems are up to date and reports correct
• Collect and analyze relevant HR data
• Capture all changes and amendments related to vacancies and headcount
• Develop and maintain local policies and guidelines
• Administration and coordination of local HR processes such as, induction, training, benefits, payroll, work-permits, visas, budgets etc.
• Facilitate the on-boarding process including induction and all necessary paperwork
• Advise in labor law and health processes
• Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
• Coordination of Health & Safety and Engagement initiatives and processes

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law and local HR best practices
• Experience in HR reports and HR system administration
• Experience managing multiple activities for different stakeholders
• Be IT literate, Microsoft Office etc.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Swedish
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
