Description
We are looking for a HR administrator for a parental leave replacement. In this role you would be covering the Nordic Region and report to the Manager of Human Resource Department. To succeed in this role, previous experience from payrolls and benefits is essential.
Tasks
• Payroll and benefits coordination
• Employee data report
• On/off boarding of employees
• Personnel files/data management
• Invoice management
• Employee communications and HR - policies
• Authority administration (insurances, leaves of absence, statistics etc...)
• Supporting the HR - team and employees in HR -related topics
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Good understanding of the payroll procedures
• Strong collaboration/communication skills
• Proactive approach towards work
• Good MS Office package skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English (Finnish is a merit)
