hela Sverige Within the headquarters of the creative studios, the role of the Project Coordination team is to support all the production teams working in the studios on the development of our games on a daily basis. Whether they are located in Asia, North America or Europe, we work to offer them support and advice on their production processes, the content of their games as well as on their financial and budgetary management issues. As HQ Senior Producer (F/M), you will be responsible for monitoring a AAA project. You report directly to the VP Production Management. You are responsible for supporting and challenging the teams in the different stages of production. You are the guarantor of the respect of the deadlines, the budget and the quality of the project entrusted to you. More specifically, your day-to-day missions are as follows: You oversee the development of the project by challenging and supporting the development team and your team of producers to make each project a success; You embody the vision of Top Management and are recognized as the guarantor of the quality of the project at headquarters; Thanks to your strong commitment, you can provide an evaluation of the project to the Top management at any time; You define the issues and anticipate the risks of the project by relying on relevant indicators and tools; from design to live phases of the project; You propose appropriate solutions and actions, and ensure their application on the ground; Thanks to your strong leadership, you initiate, drive and facilitate the exchange of information between the production teams and the other departments at Headquarters (support and business functions, etc.); You represent the challenges and issues of the project to the Top Management You represent the ambition and the challenge carried by the Top Management to the Producer and the development teams; You work with the editorial teams on the content and direction of the game; You participate in the strategic decisions of the project thanks to your vision of the project and your strong convictions.
