Housing coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY Our rapidly expanding company is currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Housing Coordinator for our Gothenburg Office. The ideal candidate should be organized, friendly, deadline driven, professional and resilient, but above all you are a problem solver. If you are a person that is solution oriented with a 'can do' attitude and would like to be part of a fast-paced, growing business, then this could be your next long term role. RESPONSIBILITIES The person that fills this position will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. The main focus is to support the relocation consultants. Your duties will include home finding, coordination of the documentation needed for various steps in our relocation process, assist with the various services provided to the client and maintain our comprehensive housing database. It will be important to establish good working relationships within the team, other departments along with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure Client satisfaction by providing seamless back up to other team members, departments and offices.
ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS . Professional, reliable, highly detailed-oriented, and energetic . Excellent organizational skills . Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently . Able to thrive in a fast paced busy environment . Passionate about providing good customer service . Strong communication skills, written and verbal in both Swedish and English (a merit with another language). . Experience from working or living abroad is a merit . Driving license required . Good computer skills . Good knowledge of the Gothenburg area
