hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Executive Living AB i Stockholm Would you be interested in taking care of housekeeping in our serviced apartments? We are looking to hire skilled staff with proved experience on part time basis. You need to be fluent in either English or Swedish.
Executive Living has serviced apartments in Stockholm mainly in the inner city-Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Vasastan, Östermalm and Gamla Stan.
Your job would be to make sure the apartments are clean and in good condition by cleaning them and wash sheets and towels. You would also check and change bulbs and refill toilet and kitchen paper, salt, pepper, sugar, soap etc. When a guest moves out you would perform a more thorough cleaning and wash all textiles that needs to be washed (not only sheets and towels) and also clean the windows if needed. In some buildings you are also brushing and swabbing the floor in the building itself (stairs and hallway).
You will only enjoy this job if you are self motivated and like to work on your own since you have "your own" apartments and are not together with a colleague. You need to be disciplined and structured. You also need to be serviced minded and nice to the guests since sometimes you will meet the guests while you are cleaning but normally the guests are not home when you come.
The job takes place during daytime (9-17). Please state in your application how you are available to work, either on specific days during the week or weekend or if you are flexible and can work different days as needed.
Your salary is 125 SEK per hour during weekdays and 150 SEK per hour during weekends. We also pay a yearly bonus to all employees when the result in the company is positive, the size of bonus is depending on number of hours worked during the year in question and the result of the company the same year.
