Qualifications:
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Must have graduated high school, handling stressful situations Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems of hotel industry experience or related job preferred 2-4 years work experience within hotel reception and client services.
English or Swedish both written and speaking
Other languages are additional merit but not obligation.

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hostel receptionist to join our guest services team. You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now. We have permanent vacant position of receptionist within our hostel. The receptionist performs a wide range of administrative activities related to exceptional client care and outstanding client services. Duties to include but not limited to:
Acting as the first line of customer service - by phone, email and in person.
Cleaning services and administration working assistant
Working hours 08.00-17.00
Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude and enjoys working with others and the public.
