YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Meet & greet passengers (Airport & cruise terminal)
• Check-in/ Verification of documents (Cruise terminal .)
• Support, guide and assist passengers to ensure the smooth running of their transfers (Airport & cruise terminal)
• Support the luggage handling (Airport & cruise terminal)
• Provide excellent customer service & answer to questions
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Italian or Spanish or French or German native speaker (or comparable level)
• Previous experience in tourism and/or customer service is highly valued
• Italian or Spanish (native language or comparable) + Italian/ Spanish or French at good communication level. English is necessary and every other language is definitely a plus.
• Highly customer focused, helpful and with excellent personal manners
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible
• Positive and with a "can do" attitude
• Attention to details
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work independently

16 turnaround dates from May the 18th to August 3 1st - all Saturdays For logistical reasons, it is essential that all staff have "good availabilities" with a minimum of 15 dates.
