Job description
In the position as a Technical Instructor your main responsibility is related to technical training with the aim to independently pursuing technical training for our car dealers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. It can sometimes also involve car dealers in Finland and Baltics.
This means that 60% of your time you will plan, administrate, prepare and then perform technical training. Remaining 40% of the position includes customer service support to our Regional Offices within Nordic. This includes technical support with data gathering, analysing, reporting and presentation. You work closely with the Service Organisation and the Regional Offices.
The training includes E-learning and the training material comes from the European head office in UK and therefor all material is in English. You will be working in a changing environment, with a variety of assignment and tight deadlines.
The position is situated at the Nordic office in Malmö and some travelling may be needed.
Who are you?
You have relevant business background with broad technical knowledge and understanding. Since you will work as a technical instructor it is important that you have a great passion for Honda and our products. To succeed in this position it is important that you have teaching and instructor skills as well as calculation and presentation skills. It is meriting if you have car dealer experience, project management and vehicle mechanical skills.
As a person you have a holistic viewpoint with the ability to administrate, plan and structure your own work. You are pedagogic and capable of teaching others. Since you work with data gathering and reporting it is important that you are analytical and result oriented. Since the tempo is high and you work with tight deadlines you have the ability to adapt to a changing environment with many tasks since the position contains different responsibilities. You have a strong drive and are a good team player.
You may have higher education from university or similar education from upper secondary school within relevant field. It is meriting if you have instructor or teaching education. We also see that you are very skilled in Swedish and English, both spoken and written and good computer competence in Excel and PowerPoint. It will be an added plus if you speak Danish and have experience from E-learning.
