Create inspiring and well-scaffolded home economics units of study for students of various ages and abilities.
Create an inspiring and well-structured learning environment in which the teacher is the clear leader of the classroom and where the students can thrive.
Create assessment tasks that are relevant for students and which are based on clearly established success criteria.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and create inspiring interdisciplinary learning activities for students.
Spread an enthusiasm for the culinary arts to the students.
Be able to teach in English.
Balance the IB and Swedish national curricula with guidance from management and fellow teachers.

Europaskolan is an independent Swedish primary and secondary school with an international heart located in the center of Stockholm. The school was founded in 1998 and has been authorized by the International Baccalaureate® (IB) to teach the PYP (Primary Years Program) and MYP (Middle Years program) since 2007. We have relatively small class sizes and we maintain high standards for our students. This job requires the teacher to spend time teaching at two schools located in central Stockholm (Gamla Stan and Vasastan) and one day per week at our kitchen location in the archipelago near Västerhaninge. 40%-60%
