TSG's core business is providing reservation and customer service fulfilment solutions exclusively to the European travel industry. Our business is growing from strength to strength with the regular introduction of new business partners we are confident that we can provide our sales agents with high volumes of quality calls and enquiries. TSG are the official and exclusive fulfilment partner providing a call centre solution for a large number of companies. Due to an exciting new partnership with the US based organisation I.C.E Enterprise, whose Global Business partners include RCI, American Express, Marriott Vacation Club, RCI and Go Compare to name but a few, TSG are recruiting motivated home based sales agents
We currently have opportunities for self motivated home based Travel Advisors who have Travel Sales Experience and can sell a variety of products from flights, cruises, hotels and ancillary products across various European Markets in addition to the UK. Fluency both written and spoken in one or more of the following languages in addition to English is essential: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish. Amadeus experience would also be an advantage.
Our standards are high but so are the rewards as we have an excellent commission based pay structure with in certain CE markets a fixed monthly fee to administer existing bookings. Due to an exciting new partnership with the US based organisation I.C.E Enterprise, whose Global Business partners include RCI, American Express, Marriott Vacation Club, RCI and Go Compare to name but a few, TSG are recruiting motivated home based sales agents with a background in travel to cover various European Markets. You will be using your expertise to offer travel products for either the UK market or your own European market. We are also expanding our cruise team and are also recruiting cruise specialists.
We pay excellent rates of commission to you monthly in arrears. We provide you quality telephone enquiries to allow you to maximise your earnings.
What TSG require: You must have previous travel experience preferably in a travel agency, call centre or business travel organisation you must have excellent communication skills you must have a suitable room at home which is conducive to work and free from background noise such as children and animals. You must provide an ADSL broadband line that we can utilise. All business calls will be paid for by TSG and your existing home telephone service will be unaffected. You need to provide a monitor (screen), USB keyboard and mouse suitable for your own native language. You must be able to commit to a rota with a minimum number of 38 hours per week for the UK market this must include some weekend shifts. . You will need to attend a training course at our Head Office in Cheshire. The course ranges from 2-5 days depending on your experience and the account we feel you would be most suited to what TSG provide: We will provide you with a telephone that connects directly to our internal telephony system allowing seamless call distribution. We will provide you with a computer that connects you to our network allowing you access to all the booking systems you will require (you will be required to pay a deposit of 200 which will be returned to you in the event you leave the company on return of the equipment).
