We are now looking for applicants who are able to collect and understand requirements from users as well as from a brand point of view. You need to have strong visual sense and direction as well as a design thinking and methodology for conceptual thinking outside of standard deliveries.
Responsibilities
Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, managers and developers
Ability to communicate to the team and guide the next steps
Being hands on with the project to create successful deliveries
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframes.
Create visualizations of high-level ideas and explore potential directions of visual proposals;
Define visual directions and develop further style guides;
Implementing changes into design systems and guiding the team to follow them.
Development of hifi or lofi prototypes that clearly illustrate how they work and what they look like;
Design the graphical user interfaces for variety of applications (automotive, wearables, web&mobile)
Prepare and present to internal or external teams and key stakeholders;
Preparing and planning deliveries and milestones with stakeholders and managers.
Required qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience that includes work either form automotive or from web / mobile applications.
Work experience as HMI Designer, having experience from the automotive sector advantage
Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
Strong knowledge of design softwares (Figma, Sketch Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects);
Experience with software development with a history of success in software development that uses tools like JIRA;
Strong animation/motion skills
Strong knowledge of branding and graphic design principles
Proven experience in leading a team - Tem spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholder;
Interaction with experts both with technical teams (software developers, engineers), non-technical (visual designers, product owners, project managers etc.).
Full professional proficiency in English.
Location
We are looking for local applicants (Gothenburg/Sweden) or applicants that can relocate. Remote work from other countries will not be possible, you need to be able to work in the design studios.
