OUR OFFER TO YOU
We offer an opportunity as HMI Resident Engineer where you have a close interaction with the HMI team in Romania, and the software team in Japan. You will be an important link between the business and your customer VCC and you will work close to both teams for improvements and developments.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Close interacting with the Romanian HMI development team regarding Issue tracking database
* Support and interact with the VCC organization to understand their HMI requirements
* Support VCC in investigate, analyze and test SW problems as well as create HMI SRD
* Supporting and contributing VCC on testing in boxcars and test cars, analyzing test results (from a HMI perspective)
* Check the HMI SRD release against CRS, support project manager on CRS control
* Being the first contact and interface to the customer in issues related HMI graphics and features.
* Supporting the development team, HMI engine supplier and Graphics Driver supplier
IN ADDITION...
The position is a consultant assignment through TNG and will start in december. As a start, the assignment will last for 12 months, with a good chance of prolongation. As a consultant you have access by the terms of the union agreement with benefits as insurance, occupational pension and holiday.
You will work at the international company with advanced technology for the automotive industry, placed in Gothenburg (Göteborg).
WHO ARE YOU?
Engineering degree (bachelor 's degree, preferably electronics, mechanics or computer)
• 3 years of experience within electronics for embedded applications and HMI graphics in the automotive sector, and preferably within instrument clusters or similar.
• Good knowledge and skills in design and implementation of graphical user interface, GUI, simulation tools and XML.
• Basic knowledge of HMI Constitution and HMI engine.
• Preferably knowledge and some ability in HMI tool (i.e., Populus, CGI Studio and / or others). Knowledge of design and implementation of state transition diagrams in the tool.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
As a person, you should be a team player and have the ability and ambition to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of production. We also want to see that you are flexible and dedicated with focus on the project.
