We currently have the following job opening;
HIL engineer
In this role you will work in a team with responsibility of HIL equipment within EE Validation Module Team. You will participate in the development of models, load boxes, harnesses, connectors and integration of components in HIL/MIL. You should be interested in modelling, simulation and handle troubleshooting and analysis of the vehicles electrical system. The module team consists of three main areas of responsibility, verification in subsystem & components, infotainment and electrical integration. The teams focus is on system and function verification in the cars electrical system.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Develop automated test methods for the HIL environment, based on dSPACE or VECTOR tools.
• Develop models for the simulation of vehicle features, electrical system and its environment in Matlab Simulink / Stateflow.
• Work with developing the embedded HW in HIL rigs both dSPACE or VECTOR environments.
Profile and Background
• B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Science, Automation or similar
• Experience from relevant SW or modelling development
• Knowledge of tools and concepts within the automotive industry such as vector tools, CAN, LIN and FlexRay.
• Experience in development or test and verification, and analysis of embedded functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Self-driven and reliable,
• Positive attitude and innovative
• Structured with good documentation skills
• Travels to China will be needed (approx. 1-2 per year).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
