Description
We are looking for an external consultant to work onsite with our Automotive R&D client in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

The position is full time with Hybrid work policy of working 1-2 days from home as agreed with the team.

Within Electric & SW Validation, we are now looking for a HIL Product Owner. You are self-driven individual with ability to have a holistic view. Team works with designing, maintaining HIL equipment within Electric & SW Validation Team. You will participate in development of models, rigs and integration of components to add testability to the HIL. The team's focus is on test environments more the verification in the cars electrical system.

Tasks
• Define team scope and deliveries
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders across organizations
• Have a healthy balance of innovation, keeping technical debt at a low level and product life cycle
• Define the product strategy and product roadmap
• Sprint planning and review including feature prioritization together with the project team
• Support the team in quality analysis and product improvements
• Help the team deliver according to agile development processes

Qualifications
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electrical or Computer Science, Automation or similar
• Experience in leading projects and/or as Product Owner with cross functional teams
• Understand models for the simulation of vehicle features, electrical system and its environment in Matlab Simulink.
• Work with developing the embedded HW in HIL rigs from supplier like dSPACE, VECTOR or NI
environments.
• Ability to learn from others quickly to then teach, lead, and apply knowledge
• Ability to lead others, report to a project, and engage effectively in cross-functional organizations
• You are an inspiring and motivating leader that are great at supporting teams to get things done
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal - to drive.
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. Fluency in Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement
