The need for financial support from the Business Unit is increasing along with high focus on winning profitable business, introduction of new business models and managing of complex projects. We see this recruitment as an important step to enable professional business controlling with the challenges we have ahead of us.
The Business Controller is responsible for providing the organization with an accurate overview of the financial performance, accurate forecasting as well as financial support in project execution. Furthermore, towards the organization, you are expected to suggest and require actions needed in order to reach financial targets. You will be based in Järfälla, Sweden and C2S Head of Business Control will be your line manager
The role includes the following tasks:
• Continuous monitoring and follow up of the financial situation (monthly closing, budget and forecasting)
• Actively support and participate in project followup
• Drive improvement activities to ensure best practice in financial processes.
• Contribute to and endorse investment proposals and tenders (WB process) from a financial perspective
• Secure compliance obligations and effectively manage business risks from a financial perspective

We are looking for a person with the following experiences and skills:
• Highly developed financial knowledge and experience from global complex business set-ups
• Analytical thinking, proactiveness and ability to challenge the organization within the Finance area
• Successful track-record, demonstrating a high level of business acumen
• Communicating effectively across different units, countries and cultures
• Willingness and proven ability to manage complexity and drive change
• Appropriate professional or post graduate qualification in business management or Economics
