Klarna is looking for a Price Control Analyst to the office in Stockholm.
The Business Analysis department is currently looking for a new member to take on the upcoming challenges and contribute to make the whole company even more successful. The department has been delivering Merchant?s Price strategies and their tasks will now also include End-Customer pricing for all territories. Are you their new team member?
Working tasks
As a Price Control Analyst you will be assigned to the brand new area of responsibility in Price Control, being the Pricing of End-Customers.
Generally the Pricing team focuses on 3 main areas:
• Define the pricing strategy for existing and new products and advice Management accordingly
• Approve Merchants based on Profitability and Capital Requirements following the owned Escalation Process
• Analyze the overall Business with ad-hoc and ongoing Projects
You will also present projects of your own to the Management and might be asked by them to follow specific tasks or analysis. This gives you a unique opportunity to learn directly from the management.
As a new team member you are also expected to familiarize quite quickly with the Merchant approval process and help the rest of the team with the evaluation, approval, rejection or escalation of the Merchants on a daily basis. The BA department divides projects among themselves on an ad-hoc basis, which means that you will be assigned with projects virtually from day one.
Requirements
We believe that you are willing to grow together with Klarna in this new role and that you are ready for new challenges! To be successful in this position we also believe that you have a university degree within the field of economy or industrial engineering and that you have been working for a few years with economy related tasks.
Your analytical skills are highly important and as a person you are driven and committed. You take responsibility for delivering strong results and have an interest for details. You have good modeling skills in Excel and are fluent in English.
