hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2012-02-22Beskrivning av verksamhetenR&D Electrical Engineering is responsible for development of power electronic product within our product portfolio, pre development for future platforms and work with maintenance of products that are released. The main objective in the development work is to define and ensure that the final product fulfils the requirements. The Electrical Engineer role objectives are typically to break down product requirements to electrical and create a design. To validate the design according to requirements verification skills are needed, including lab equipment, documentation and hands on testing. Independent analytic work in electrical and system design as well as teamwork is a part of the day
Dina arbetsuppgifterPrimary responsibilities
• Break down product requirements to design requirement/parameters
• Evaluate and chose power topology for the product.
• Dimension of power components like inductors, contactors/relays, diodes, capacitors, switches (MOSFET, IGBT etc), transformers, fuses and filters according to the selected topology and wanted power characteristics.
• Design and ensure (validate) that the designs are according to the requirements.
• Document the work, both specifications and result from verification.
Utbildning och erfarenhetQualifications
We are searching for a person with 5-10 years of experience within development of HV (20-200kV) equipment, and preferably with Switch Mode Power Supply design.
Used to create design with schematic and layout tools,(e.g. PADS, Orcad, Mentor) and to simulate in PSIM.
Knowledge with in thermal concepts, EMC and Safety.
Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.
On a personal level you are positive, generates energy, are self motivated, lead change/improvements, focus on result, have good communication skills, are analytic and of course love to solve technical issues.
