• You have solid experience (around 7+ years) working with sales, commercial strategy or category management in a global environment.
• You've led leaders and teams and feel comfortable navigating a matrix organisation.
• You're confident using data and customer insights to guide decisions and create growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role, you'll act as the global commercial leader for a Home Furnishing Business area. Your days will vary, but here's a flavour of what you'll do:
• Drive global sales, profitability and long-term growth for your business area.
• Work closely with markets, range and supply teams to shape a strong and relevant product offer.
• Turn global strategy into real action across both physical and digital customer meeting points.
• Follow up performance, identify opportunities and adjust direction when needed.
• Strengthen ways of working, tools and competence across markets to create consistency and impact.
• Lead with values, inspire collaboration and make sure sustainability is part of everything we do.
