This role is all about making Oatly employees and guests feel at home and supporting colleagues to do the best work of their lives. That means to give new Oaties and guests a warm welcome and support in how to find their way around, that the old Oaties have the best coffee and the snackiest snacks around the corner and that stuff (such as conference tech) just works. In return, you will get lots of gratefulness (and of course dibs on the coffee and snacks).
You will be free to drive improvements projects to make our office space absolutely fabulous, occasionally in collaboration with external office suppliers and our landlord. Sometimes you will be the super-conference coordinator and all that comes with that, and sometimes you will be the super-sponsorship coordinator. And when it is finally time for that longed for Friday-after-work-mingle-event, you will support our lovely WorkplaceExperience Manager to make that happen in the sparkiest way possible.
