About Nederman IT Service Delivery
IT Service Delivery is responsible for maintaining and running the global IT platform in the Nederman group. We are currently rethinking our IT/IS organization and as part of that we are building a new service desk to serve users worldwide in Nederman. The service desk will serve as single point of contact for users worldwide but coordinate closely with local IT on relevant matters. Furthermore the core service desk team will act as local IT for users placed in the Nederman head office in Helsingborg.
Work description
Be part of the Group IT helpdesk team that ensures end users are supported in all Nederman companies during their office hours.
1 level user support for Nederman users worldwide
Analyze and qualify incidents to ensure 2nd level support gets necessary information when incidents are assigned.
Supporting mobile and remote users
Act as 2nd level support on certain areas.
OnSite support/Deskside support to local users regarding hardware related topics
We offer you an exciting position where you will be part of building our new helpdesk. You will hold an important role and be a helpful support to our users worldwide.
Your qualifications
You should have experience of PC support. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with a couple of years of IT experience in a support environment or even a graduate from a computing based degree course to take their career forwards. You have very good communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written. Good all round IT skills with knowledge of more of the following:
Windows 7 support and administration
Office 2010 suite support
Active Directory administration including new users and password resets
LAN/WLAN administration and troubleshooting
If you master other languages or have experience supporting ERP systems (eg. AX or IFS) it will be seen as an advantage.
Your profile
We're looking for a helpful, friendly and very service minded individual. You enjoy helping others and have an excellent telephone manner, customer focus and natural talent for troubleshooting and identify root cause. We also appreciate that you are patient, flexible and responsible. Suitable personality type and skill set is necessary for the role.
