Our clients global IT Helpdesk-team in Sweden is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 50 agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping all our office-, warehouse- and call center-users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process
Dina arbetsuppgifter
General work tasks:
• Phone.
• Email/Chat.
• Case/Request handling.
• Contact with external vendors.
• Operation Center.
• Quality Assurance regarding tickets.
We are looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT/support organization. You need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.
Our client are a global support-team that works 24/7. They divide the work into 2 shifts in Sweden and 1 shift in Hong Kong, meaning that they are handling the support from Sweden during 07:00-01:00 (summer time) and 07:00-00:00 (winter time) weekdays and weekends, all days!

Your skills:
• 1 year experience with similar tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Good knowledge of supporting computers running on Windows 7.
• Knowledge of administration in Active Directory e.g. users, computers, security groups and distribution lists.
• Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010/13-suites.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
