Our customer is looking for new members to strengthen their current team of helpdesk agents. The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping users worldwide with IT-related questions and support.For this assignment it is mandatory to have documented skills in supporting MAC.
Publiceringsdatum2012-09-12Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT organisation. You need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Mandatory experience/skills:
• documented skills in supporting MAC
• at least 1 year experience with similar tasks
• good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• good knowledge in Windows XP
• knowledge in Active Directory
• knowledge in MS Office
Preferable experience/skills:
• knowledge in ITIL
