At Ivbar, we are moving forward in our development and making major investments in Sweden and abroad in our market and product development organisations. We are now looking for a Healthcare Expert with passion for healthcare and interest in digitalisation.

At Ivbar we are developing methods and products used for advanced analysis of healthcare data. Our mission is to revolutionise healthcare by giving medical professionals easy-to-use tools to analyse data, share insights and thereby understand and improve their quality of care. To make this possible, we combine software developers with experts in medicine, mathematics, data science, health economics, epidemiology, and healthcare management.

Your role as Healthcare Project Manager

As a Healthcare Project Manager you will join our Healthcare Expertise team, which is responsible for specifying and developing products that create value for our customers and meet their needs. Your main responsibility will be to lead projects focusing on analysis of healthcare data and the development of products related to monitoring and reimbursement systems for healthcare. You will independently manage the entire development process from start-up to delivery, including timelines, work distribution and content. You will coordinate different projects, team members and train analysts as needed. You will also communicate with different stakeholders, and be first point of contact for clients and external experts in both Sweden and internationally. Duties include:

Secure that analyses and product content is correct and relevant, and support the technical implementation of our products and systems in regions or health plans in Sweden and abroad

Interact and collaborate closely with product owners and end-users to secure that the systems and products are being used

Maintain awareness and understanding of general trends in health policy issues and analyse and recognise customers' existing and potential needs in order to further develop our products

Your skills and qualifications

You are a competent leader with at least 3 years' experience from leading and managing development projects and research, preferably within the healthcare sector. You are used to working with Microsoft Office and it's a plus if you are skilled in data management, statistical analysis, or programming. You have a relevant university degree and genuine interest in healthcare. It is meritorious if you have a degree related to healthcare, experience of research and a solid understanding of quantitative analysis.

You are a good communicator, fluent in Swedish and English, have strong presentations skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. You are analytical, thorough, well organized and also have the ability to make efficient prioritizations between competing working tasks. You are also a self-motivated team player, positive and can always identify new opportunities.

Do you want to join our fast-growing team?

We are a young, value-driven organisation focused on promoting a fundamental shift in the way healthcare is delivered. Our goal is better health for more people throughout the world - and we are well on our way. To achieve this, we bring together brilliant minds from a wide range of fields, including medicine, mathematics, health economics, epidemiology, software development and healthcare strategy. We work hard to achieve our vision in an open, innovative and friendly environment, and we have lots of fun along the way!
