DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are now looking to boost our healthcare team with a talented Architect with experience of healthcare projects, including good job running, confident technical know-how and an eye for design. You will be working with both private and public sector clients primarily on projects ranging from hospitals to clinical facilities. Within the sector we also have projects within educational buildings, workplaces and laboratories.
With all projects being fully taken on in Revit, you should have a thorough experience and understanding of the software's use within architecture being able to be a BIM-manager for the project team.
This will be a permanent role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master degree in Architecture
3+ years experience of architectural projects
Minimum 2 years experience of projects within healthcare. Planning, programming and construction drawings and administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish an advantage.
Project based Revit experience is essential for this position.
Advanced knowledge of BIM/Revit and experience as a BIM-manager.
Comfortable coordinating projects and teams, as well as working independently
Professional attitude and work ethic
Ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of the design process, strong understanding of construction documentation and site experience.
Experience of interior projects and laboratories is an advantage.
