We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to our popular client within the energy sector!
Some of the key responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Implementation and support of the Health and Safety management system.
• Communication of H&S programs for the implementation of H&S strategies, plans, regulations and standards.
• Give independent advice (wanted/unwanted) and support to ensure H&S compliance including legal requirements.
• Carry out H&S Inspections and Audits when required and on completion produce written reports.
• Lead incident investigations and contribute in complex incident investigations.
• Conduct daily/weekly H&S walks with our management and contractors, and workplace inspections, and report findings in written reports to management.
• Gather H&S information for KPIs and reporting and perform analysis to identify trends.

Qualifications
• You have a relevant education.
• You have extensive experience in Swedish legislation in terms of Health & Safety (Environmental is a plus).
• You have a proved track record in have a leading site role from a H&S function.
• You hold a valid and required certification, as a minimum GWO.
• You are BAS-U certified.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start 01-nov-2023 and is expected to run until 01-feb-2026, with possible extension after that.
