We are looking for another Health and Wellbeing nerd to join the team. Someone who is truly passionate about Wellbeing. Preferably with a couple of years of experience of hands on and knowledge about the Swedish Work environment legislation and management (SAM/SWEM), supporting in rehabilitation and work adaptations, preventive work and promotive Wellbeing initiatives. As you see the scope of the role is filled with variation which is why we see communication as an important skill, both written and verbal. Words like lead by example, renew and improve, togetherness and give and take responsibility are not just our values it's the DNA of your daily work. You need to think big from a holistic perspective and yet at the same time take a dive into detailed work with sometimes challenging cases and conversations within work environment and health.
You are used to independent work and strive to add value to our co-workers and business. Take initiatives, organize, analyze and facilitate. Dialogue and to really listen is key!

The Health and Wellbeing team is small but what at team! Together we lead and support the business and people with the Health & Wellbeing agenda. Our purpose is to both securing work environment compliance and supporting the wellbeing of our co-workers.
Our small team is a part of a bigger team, the People & Culture Operations team with colleagues in the Mobility team, People & Culture admin, Compensation & Benefits and Co-worker Relations team. The purpose of the People and Culture function is to secure the competence and organisation to reach our business ambitions.
In our team we focus on the health and safety of all IKEA co-workers, so that our co-workers can focus on our customers. Together we find new ways of creating a sound and heathy work environment where people thrive and perform every day. Because we believe that a safe and happy workplace is key to a prospering business!
