Co-Worker Technology is a Stockholm based recruitment and consulting company. We are expanding in India and will be interested in hiring talented IT recruiters both in India and in Sweden.
We are seeking a Recruiter/Headhunter with a strong background in IT recruitment. The job will be primarily focused on sourcing and screening candidates for hard-to-fill positions across Sweden and other locations.
DUTIES:
• You will work with our recruitment manager to develop targeted recruiting strategies in order to source and recruit top quality candidates
• You will provide the manager with a talent pool that is diverse, highly qualified, and prepared for the interview with the hiring manager.
• He/she works closely with the management team to learn the business and apply that knowledge in the marketing, sourcing, and recruiting of talent.
• You will be responsible for scheduling candidates for interview, coordinating the application paperwork, communicating with hiring managers, gathering interview feedback, maintaining current records and disposition status in the recruiting systems and other reporting and administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
• MUST be excellent in writing and spoken English (business communication)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment is needed
• You should have high speed internet and computer at home.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
• Knowledge of recruitment terms and style.
