We are looking for Head Telecom - TCS BPS, Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will perform Business Development Services for TCS Telecom Business Process Services to Information, Communication and Telecom companies across the Nordics region.
• Provide leadership to others in identifying opportunities and helping customers to evaluate TCS Telecom hosted solutions and Business process services within their requirements to leverage the solution.
• Create business development strategy and work closely with TCS Hosted Telecom solution and regional sales team to drive revenue via TCS Hosted solution and leveraging on the Business Process Services model.
• Identifying, driving and closing complex sales opportunities for TCS Business Process Services and identifying hosted solutions.
• To identify key Business Challenges through interaction with key stakeholders and decision makers of existing as well as new clients and build transformational solutions in line with business goals of clients.
• Identify key trends & drive necessary improvements in sales & product to capitalize on opportunities.
• Perform regular delivery reviews and act as the escalation point in case of service delivery deviations.
• To position TCS Business Process Services as a solution of choice in Telecom sector while interacting with Consultants, Advisors, Analysts and prospective customers.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Having a good understanding and at least 12 years of experience of working with India based Business Process Services teams managing large sized engagements and client servicing environments
• Should have leaded a team and have signed contracts in Telecom Business Process sector.
• Competitive knowledge about different software providers including TCS Solutions.
