Established in 1996, Planet Kids Nursery School is an English-speaking, international nursery school for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Our current capacity is 28 children who hail from many different countries and cultures. Our nurturing environment focuses on the caring elements of self-image, respect and positive social relationships towards others and development of multicultural understandings.
Head Teacher full time position
The position of the headteacher involves:
management of the school, safeguarding the school's objectives and development
leading the staff group
communication with the parents
close cooperation with the Board
administration, contact with the authorities
The applicant's requirements are:
Swedish certification as a förskollärare or English equivalent
fluent English and Swedish skills, pref. native speaker
experience in a leadership position min. 2 years
excellent communication skills
responsible, independent, strategic way of working
positive and forward thinking personality with an ambition for his/her work
Substitute teacher, full time position from January till April 2009
Requirements for substitute teacher for child group aged 1-3:
fluent English
experience with childcare in a nursery school
responsible, positive personality
