Sales and Marketing has the responsibility for our customer offer and business strategy for Trucks, Bus, Power Solutions, Parts and Services, as well as sales support. Global support and IT applications are provided to the Scania owned as well as to the independent franchise network creating the right conditions for an efficient retail and wholesale operation.

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation towards a more flow-oriented, customer driven, digitalized and lean approach with agile methods and high-performance development teams as key components.

The role

It is in this transformation context, this role has a unique opportunity to contribute the journey we embark on. In the organization Service Portfolio and Delivery, we are at the forefront of this change and in the section Service Operations you will be at the heart of driving and supporting this change in our Scania network. By that creating the right conditions for an efficient retail and wholesale operation that will excel in the transformation ahead.

Main responsibilities

The Services Operation section is looking for a skilled leader to take on this managerial position and be a key player in our Services Operation management team. As responsible for the Workshop & Parts process, you develop the service business in close cooperation with distributors, our retail network, and our internal departments. You will also act as representative for your area on S&M / CO management and steering groups.

Workshop & Parts team consisting of 11 employees, Product Managers for Digital Dealer, Project Managers, Service Development Managers, and Services designers, Together you will support the global services organization to achieve the best possible performance by developing products and effective methods.

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with passion for services, people management and business, who is eager to develop our business and organization further. We especially value your talent for communication, industry knowledge, leadership skills and drive. You have a proven track record of creating lasting results and build fair relationships at all levels.

In order to feel comfortable within this role you need to be able to work at the forefront of process development through digitalization and enjoy the challenge of working with a broad international network of people. Service business experience, understanding how customer value is created and be supported is meriting.

We believe that you

• Have a wide experience of Scania products, services, and processes
• You are a great communicator, work in a independent manner and enjoy coaching your team and bringing out the best in the people around you
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit
• Experience from working at Business Unit level or from the retail network is as advantage
• Have an Academic degree or equal

If you have worked with IT-development it's meriting, as you will have extensive collaboration with development teams in your new role, mainly Digital Dealer.

You will report to Director of Services Operations, Mikael Eriksson.
