hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Colliers International Sweden AB i Stockholm We are currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the newly created role of Head of Workplace Advisory for the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland), with additional project responsibilities across the broader EMEA region. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in workplace strategy and a keen understanding of the Nordic and EMEA business environments. The role requires travel across Nordic and EMEA regions for project leadership and support.
Key responsibilities:
• Workplace strategy. Working with organisations in the Nordics and across the EMEA region to formulate, lead and execute location and workplace strategies.
o Run workplace research activities (e.g. surveys, workshops, interviews) to understand business drivers and needs.
o Develop strategies based on collected data and run presentations with senior leadership teams.
• Change management. Working with organisations in the Nordics and across the EMEA region to formulate, lead and execute location and workplace strategies.
o Develop and execute communication and change strategies to ensure that a change in way of working, location and/or workplace is embraced by management and employees.
• Region-wide collaboration. Work together with local workplace consultants across EMEA to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
• Business development. Work together with the broader Nordic and workplace advisory teams to identify new opportunities, develop proposals and pitch.
• Continuous improvement. Be involved in continuous improvement of the workplace and change management approach, processes, and tools.
Research and innovation: Conduct comprehensive research into workplace trends and apply findings to develop advanced workplace solutions, as well as research documentation.

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree or equivalent in a relevant Design discipline such as Architecture or Social Sciences.
Minimum of 5 years of expertise in workplace strategy
Demonstrated capability delivering market-leading projects across multiple geographies.
